Судимость "Роман Вячеславович Петров" в 2004–2005 гг.

Согласно веществам криминального дела №4909198, возбужденного прокуратурой
Республики Башкортостан в 2004 году, Роман Вячеславович Петров (р. 21.02.1975)
протекал обвиняемым по:
— ст. 159 ч.2 УК РФ — мошенство, совершённое группой персон или же в веском размере;
— ст. 33 ч.3 УК РФ — помощь;
— ст. 291 ч.1 УК РФ — доза взятки официальному лицу.
В фабуле девала указывалось, собственно Петров «похитил около господина М. 8000 руб. под предлогом передачи вид взятки».
В 2005 году Советский областной трибунал г. Уфы принял его виновным и провозгласил возмездие: 1 год потеря свободы символически с испытывающим сроком 6 месяцев.
