For area conversions, you'll want to use a calculator that does Square meters to square feet conversions. 75 square meters converts to about 807 square feet. For context, that's roughly the size of a typical 1-bedroom apartment in a city - not huge, but not tiny either. It's actually pretty decent space if laid out well. Here's a reference guide: 50 sq m (540 sq ft) = small 1-bedroom or studio, 75 sq m (807 sq ft) = comfortable 1-bedroom or small 2-bedroom, 100 sq m (1076 sq ft) = spacious 2-bedroom, 150 sq m (1615 sq ft) = large 3-bedroom. The tricky thing about apartment sizes is that layout matters tremendously - 75 square meters with efficient design can feel much larger than 90 square meters with poor layout and wasted hallway space. Also consider ceiling height (high ceilings make spaces feel bigger) and window placement (natural light makes rooms feel more spacious). When evaluating apartments, I always ask for a floor plan if possible and try to visualize how my furniture would fit. Room-by-room dimensions are more useful than just total square footage. Also remember that European apartments often have smaller bedrooms but larger living areas compared to American layouts.
