Я добавляю только на тех сайтах, где это уместно, не занимаюсь спамом в обратную связь, так как бывают жалобы от владельцев сайтов.
При работе с анкорами я размещаю ссылки лишь там, где анкор ставится корректно, а не так как некоторые ставят, анкорную ссылку на ресурс в виде HTML-кода, и это очень плохо, поисковые системы фиксируют такое, и ставят сайт под фильтр.
Грамотно сделанные ссылки привлекают поисковых роботов на ресурс, а краулеры передают сигнал индексаторам, повышая вероятность попадания в индекс.
